Wrapping Up Christmas 2024

I have always loved the holidays. As a kid, my parents would buy us so many presents, so it was always exciting to wake up and see all the gifts under the tree. Now, as a parent, I've had to spend a lot of time considering what the holidays will look like for us. My family's journey has taken us on many unexpected paths so Christmas looks different than how I anticipated.

In the end, the holidays are about joy, and love. If you are fortunate to be surrounded by people who bring you joy and make you feel loved then you have everything that you need. This Christmas season started the day after Thanksgiving at Disney World. It was a great way to start the holiday season. We spent Christmas Eve watching so many Christmas movies (and Selena!) and then Christmas Day was spent at home with my daughter enjoying her gifts. I have been blessed with the most grateful daughter, she always is so appreciative of any gift she receives; it adds to the ease and joy at Christmas time.

Christmas always leaves me reflecting on the year, and looking forward to setting my intentions for the upcoming year. I look forward to another year, and for continued growth and memory making!
